Take the stress out of decorating and let the Mountain Lake Farm team bring your wedding vision to life.
Includes:
- Use of Mountain Lake Farm’s available in-house décor collection
- Décor planning and design based on your chosen colors, style, and overall vision
- Table décor and centerpieces
- Welcome, gift, cake, memory, and other specialty table styling
- Ceremony décor using available inventory
- Placement and styling of your personal décor items
- Complete set-up before your event
- Tear-down and clean-up of décor following your event
We’ll work with you to create a beautiful, cohesive look while taking decorating off your wedding-day to-do list.
Note: Florals, specialty rentals, custom signage, linens, and décor items not currently in Mountain Lake Farm’s inventory may require an additional fee.

Includes:
- Creation and finalization of your wedding-day timeline
- Vendor communication and coordination leading up to the wedding
- Coordination of vendor arrivals and set-up
- Ceremony rehearsal direction
- Organization of the wedding party and processional
- Ceremony coordination from start to finish
- Management of the reception timeline
- Coordination of key moments including grand entrance, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, and send-off
- Serving as the main point of contact for vendors on your wedding day
- Handling last-minute questions and unexpected details
- Behind-the-scenes oversight to keep your celebration organized, on schedule, and flowing beautifully

Note: Day-of Coordination does not include full-service wedding planning, décor set-up/tear-down, or services provided by outside vendors.
Bar Service
$300 + $50/hr
Sip, celebrate, and enjoy the celebration! Our bar service provides a professional, licensed, and insured bartender to keep your glasses full while providing friendly, efficient, and responsible service throughout your event. Bar service includes bar use, set-up, serving, basic bar supplies, and clean-up. Guests provide all alcohol and mixers. Basic bar supplies include cocktail cups, cocktail napkins, ice, garnish, stirrers, and coolers.
